Riverside Station, Limited Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) Limited Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Riverside Station is closed.

Please note: According to the NRHA, this waiting list was "Exclusively for residents living in Tidewater Gardens any time between Feb. 28, 2019 – current"

The NRHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from July 26, 2022, until September 9, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
