Market Heights Apartments Limited Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Market Heights Apartments is closed.

The NRHA last accepted applications for this waiting list on a limited basis from March 9, 2022, until April 22, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the NRHA, this waiting list was "for all current Tidewater Gardens residents and any prior Tidewater Gardens residents that relocated out of the community on or after February 28, 2019."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
