El Centro Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz (HASC) is accepting Senior Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for El Centro Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of August, 2019, until further notice.

Please note: According to the HASC, "Only single person households age 60 or above are eligible for these units."

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be mailed to the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz, 2160 41st Ave, Capitola, CA 95010.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
