Pippin Orchards Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz (HACSC) Project Based Voucher waiting list for Pippin Orchard Apartments is currently closed.

The HACSC last accepted applications for this waiting list on August 7, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

According to the HACSC, "Pippen Orchard Apartments has both project based voucher (PBV) units and non-project based units. In the PBV program, assistance is tied to the unit, not the household."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to fill out an application.

Once the application was completed completed, it must be returned to the HACSC office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
