Peoria Crossing and Paris Family Apartments, 2 and 3-bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Aurora Housing Authority (AHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Peoria Crossing and Paris Family from April 15, 2024, until May 31, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Peoria Crossing Apartments located at 3002 Peoria Street Aurora, CO 80010.
• Paris Family Apartments located at 1702 Paris St Aurora, CO 80010.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
