Fletcher Garden Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Aurora (HACA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waitlist applications from October 2, 2023, until 300 applications were received. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: "Fletcher Gardens is a high-rise of 93 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units. It is an aged-restricted community for residents 62 years of age or older, only."

There were three ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call HACA to request an application.
3. Email HACA to request an application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

300 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
