Village at Westerly Creek l and ll, 1 and 2-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Aurora Housing Authority (AHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Village at Westerly Creek l and ll from April 15, 2024, until May 31, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in May, 2023.

Please note: This opening is only for individuals and families who have a family member who is elderly 62+.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Elderly (62+)

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
