Fall River Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Fall River Apartments is currently open. 

The LHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of October 28, 2022, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Emailed to [email protected]
2. Mailed to the Longmont Housing Authority, 350 Kimbark Street, Longmont, CO 80501.
3. Faxed to (303) 682-2899
4. Dropped off in person to the LHA office, address mentioned above, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MT.

This wait list has the following preferences:

• Homeless
• Single persons that are elderly, displaced, homeless or a person with disabilities.
• Victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault or stalking.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
