Village Place Apartments Senior Waiting List

The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) Senior waiting list for Studio, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Village Place Apartments is currently open.

The LHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from February 9, 2022, until further notice.

• Village Place Apartments, are located at 600 Coffman Street, Longmont, CO 80501

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Emailed as a PDF to [email protected].
2. Dropped off at the LHA office, located at 1228 Main Street, Longmont, CO 80501.
3. Mailed to the LHA, address mentioned above.
4. Faxed to (303) 682-2899.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
