Aspen Meadows Neighborhood, 3 and 4-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Aspen Meadows Neighborhood from March 27, 2024, until April 10, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Aspen Meadows Neighborhood - located in Longmont, CO.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to:

1. Print the paper application that was available on the LHA website.

Once the application was completed, it was to be:

1. Returned in person at the LHA Main Office.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Live and/or work in Boulder County.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
