Spring Creek 55+ Senior Waiting List

The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) is accepting Near Elderly waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments for Spring Creek from the earliest confirmed open date of March 29, 2023, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Emailed as a PDF to [email protected].
2. Dropped off at the LHA office, located at 1228 Main Street, Longmont, CO 80501.
3. Mailed to the LHA, address mentioned above.
4. Faxed to (303) 682-2899.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed..

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
