The Briarwood, Aspen Meadows Neighborhood, and Crisman Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at The Briarwood, Aspen Meadows Neighborhood, and Crisman Apartments is closed.

The LHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from September 22, 2021, until September 23, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• The Briarwood, had 0-Bedroom units.
• Aspen Meadows Neighborhood, had 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom townhomes.
• Crisman Apartments, had 0-Bedroom units.

Please note: according to the LHA, "All applicants placed on the waiting list will be removed every 6 months and the waiting list will be reopened for a new lottery."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Postmarked between September 22, 2021 and September 23, 2021 and mailed to the Longmont Housing Authority.
2. Emailed to the LHA.
3. Dropped off in person to the LHA office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
