Centerville Municipal Housing Agency Public Housing Waiting List

The Centerville Municipal Housing Agency (CMHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The CMHA offers one Public Housing community with 100 units for families and senior/disabled individuals, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.To apply, visit the CMHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 317 E Oak St., Centerville, IA 52544, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm CT, and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, proof of all income, birth certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The CMHA does have a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Centerville.For more information, the CMHA can be reached by calling (641) 856-8742 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
