Federal, 1 and 2-Bedroom Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Fall River Housing Authority (FRHA) is accepting Federal Elderly Public Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 2-bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed date of January 8, 2024, until further notice. 

Please note: According to the FRHA, This waiting list is designated for Elderly (ages 62+) and Near Elderly (ages 50-61) applicants.

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
