Bryant Manor and Hagan Manor, Multi-Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Somerville Housing Authority (SHA) is accepting Multi-Family Public Housing waiting list applications for Bryant Manor and Hagan Manor Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of July 5, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Bryant Manor - located at 75 Myrtle Street, Somerville, MA 02145
• Hagan Manor - located at 268 Washington St, Somerville, MA 02143

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Displaced by Fire, or Natural Forces
• Displaced by Public Action
• Displaced due to: Code Enforcement, No-Fault Eviction, Domestic Violence, Medical Emergency
• Reside in Somerville, work in Somerville or have been hired to work in Somerville.
• Veterans

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Turned into the SHA office, located at 30 Memorial Road, Somerville, MA 02145.
