Mystic View, Federal Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Somerville Housing Authority (SHA) is accepting Federal Public Housing waiting list applications for Mystic Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of July 5, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property: 

• Mystic View - located at 90 River Rd, Somerville, MA 02145. Offering 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom units.

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Displaced by Fire, or Natural Forces
• Displaced by Public Action
• Displaced due to: Code Enforcement, No-Fault Eviction, Domestic Violence, Medical Emergency
• Reside in Somerville, work in Somerville or have been hired to work in Somerville.
• Veterans

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Turned into the SHA office, located at 30 Memorial Road, Somerville, MA 02145.
