Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for Carmelitos Family, Harbor Hills Family, South Scattered Family Sites, East County Family Sites and Quartz Hill Family Apartments from April 15, 2024, until April 30, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Carmelitos Family
• Harbor Hills Family
• South Scattered Family Sites
• East County Family Sites
• Quartz Hill Family Apartments

Income limits could be found here.

This waiting list had the following preferences: 

• Victims of declared disasters
• Displaced due to government action
• Referrals from law enforcement agencies
• Homeless
• Families who live and/or work in Los Angeles County, California

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call the LACDA to request an application.
