Housing Authority of the City of Needles Public Housing Waiting List

The City of Needles Housing Authority is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of February 23, 2024, until further notice.

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Local resident, elderly, disabled, employed, or a veteran

Selection Process

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.

Application Method

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Pick up an application at the City of Needles Housing Authority office, located at 908 Sycamore Dr, Needles, CA 92363.
2. Call 760-326-3222 to request an application be mailed.
