Multiple Properties Public Housing Waiting List

The Fresno Housing Authority (FHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for Multiple Properties from May 23, 2024, until June 6, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Biola Apartments 
• DeSoto Gardens I & II 
• Fairview Heights Terrace 
• Marcelli Terrace
• Parc Grove Commons 
• Pinedale Apartments.
• Sequoia Courts 
• Sequoia Courts Terrace 
• Sierra Plaza
• Sierra Terrace - 2-Bedroom apartments only.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
