Housing Authority of the City of Madera Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Madera (HACM) Public Housing waiting list is currently open, since at least May, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

To apply, pick up an application at the HACM office, located at 205 North G Street, Madera, California 93637, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm PT.

Once the application has been completed, it must be dropped off at the HACM office at the above address, during office hours.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live or Work Locally, Working/Employed, Displaced by Government Action, Displaced by Natural Disaster or Veterans.
