Fairbanks, Alaska Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications since at least February, 2018, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening:

1. Download and print the application online. Scroll down to the "Fairbanks" row, and select the "Application" link in the "VOUCHERS" column.
2. Pick up an application at the Fairbanks Family Investment Center, located at 1441 22nd Ave, Fairbanks, AK 99701-6517, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm AKT, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the Fairbanks Family Investment Center at the address above from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
