Kodiak, Alaska Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for Kodiak, since at least February 2018, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Download and print the application online. Scroll down to the "Kodiak" row, and select the "Application" link in the "VOUCHERS" column.
2. Pick up an application at the Kodiak office, located at 521 Maple St, Kodiak, AK 99615, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm AKT, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it can be:

1. Hand delivered to the Kodiak office at the address above.
2. Mailed to: P.O. Box 317,Kodiak, AK 99615-0137.

Disabled applicants who require reasonable assistance to complete the application can call the Kodiak office at (907) 486-5513 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
