Ketchikan, Alaska Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is accepting  Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for Ketchikan since at least February, 2018, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Download and print the application online. Scroll down to the "Ketchikan" row, and select the "Application" link in the "VOUCHERS" column.
2. Pick up an application at the Ketchikan office, located at 130 Bryant St, Ste. 112, Ketchikan, AK 99901, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm AKT, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it can be:

1. Hand delivered to the Ketchikan office at the address above.
2. Mailed to: P.O. Box 5124, Ketchikan, AK 99901-0124.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
