We are excited to be back post covid. Let's get training rolling again!
J. Edgar Sports will be hosting Vertimax Performance Training Sessions for Basketball only. We can train other sports but you would need to
make a specific appointment for that sport. You can do that by calling
our business number. We provide the 8000 basketball shooting gun
and rebounding machine. This machine is manufactured by
Shoot-Away. You can shoot 500 shots in 30 minutes just like the
pro’s! We will using Vertimax and Raptor performance training
machines. With these machines will focus on developing balance,
agility, arm and leg strength, quickness, vertical jump, and
fundamental skill development in a noncompetitive atmosphere.
Age requirements are 12 years old and up. As you develop your
skills, you can then progress to the next level.
I am a certified Vertimax Trainer and will be using official vertimax
equipment in all our sessions. I have coached AAU basketball for
over 15 years. I am motivated and ready to work with you. Please
don't hesitate to sign up. J Edgar Sports students have been
named MVP, All district, All region, Second runner's up in
Championships, Have won Kentucky High School State
Tournaments and Championships, and moved on to play Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 NCAA Collegiate Basketball.
