My team and I are very energetic and share a strong passion for the game of basketball. Coach Emery, (Head Boys Coach of Morton Middle School) also certified in fitness and wellness training,Marcus Ashford, our lead trsiner and founder of GSA, and myself Coach Carter ( Head Coach of Morton Middle School girls) share over 12 years of coaching experience. We are focused on teaching fundamentals, the details of the game, not just how to score, but how to become a complete basketball player. Our methods include small group sessions , where we can teach, demonstrate, and provide many reps, as well as competition to experiment skills learned against.
