Stretching and Flexibility Coach, Certified Paleo Nutritionist, Certified Weight Loss Specialist and Certified Sports Conditioning Specialist, Certified Youth Fitness Specialist, USA Certified Level 1 Boxing Coach, Certified Martial Arts/Kickboxing Instructor and Reiki Master. Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Parkinson's Disease Fitness Specialist, Certified Group Fitness Instructor.

I hold a Ph.D. in Martial Sciences, an MS. in Health Sciences, a BA. in Health and Physical Education and a Minor in Corporate And Adult Fitness.

I'm the author of several books on fitness, self-defense and coaching.

I'm also a Former High School- Head Baseball Coach, Assistant Soccer and Football Coach.
