Hi!! Welcome to my page! My name is Fatima Gutierrez, and I’m here to help you get on track with your health and fitness goals. My approach is rooted in science-based methods in training and nutrition because I believe education is the foundation for sustainable, lifelong results. My mission isn’t just to help you reach your goals—I also aim to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to maintain your progress both inside and outside the gym, long after our coaching ends.
Before earning my certifications, I served in the military for eight years, where I spent four of those years training soldiers. As a certified Master Trainer and Nutrition Counselor, I helped soldiers rehabilitate, meet Army fitness standards, and stay in peak physical condition. This experience ignited my passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, leading me to continue this work after leaving the military.
Today, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also hold a degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Pre-Clinical Studies from Montclair State University.
I specialize in programming for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and beginner calisthenics. My training plans are customized to your goals and fitness level, whether you’re looking to build muscle, gain strength, or develop bodyweight control and functional fitness.
I currently offer both in-person training and online coaching, including customized nutrition plans and training programs. Whether you prefer hands-on guidance or executing a tailored plan with online support, I’m here to help you take the next step toward your goals.
