I am a certified personal trainer I have been actively for 15 years. I understand the different unique body types to help you with weight loss through how you eat and of course exercise. Everyone has different exercise needs I design exercise programs for each individual person to fit into their life, another words I help you to achieve your desired results through changing your relationship with food and exercise.
In addition I work with emotions, I do this because weight loss is a highly personal and a emotional journey, how one feels about them selves inside and out is critical to living a happier healthier life.
my prices start at $60 per 1 hour sessions for excerxise and weight loss.
For a 60 min energy clearing I charge $90. please be clear when you contact me on which one you are seeking. Energy clearings are not done along with exercise sessions, each are a separate session.
