Welcome to Wynning Power & Fitness. Located in Bedford Heights, I am a certified personal trainer and competitive powerlifter with over 25 years of training and coaching experience.

Certifications also include powerlifting, strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition counseling. I have worked with all ages and genders. Also, as an older athlete, I can definitely relate to the specific needs and concerns in that area as well.
