I recently became a certified strength and conditioning coach, but fitness has been a huge part of my life for over 15 years. Over those 15 years, I tried a lot of different programs/diets trying to find what works best for me. What I discovered is that there is a lot of bad information and nonsense in the world of fitness. My goal is to help guide you through that and see sustainable results in a safer way.
I take a client focused approach and develop a program that's right for YOU. Every person has different goals, lifestyles, injuries, stressors, etc. I believe their program should take into account those variables and provide avenues to address them. During our initial meeting, whether in-person or done remotely, we will discuss those variables and come up with a game plan going forward.
I am available for remote services as well. Ultimately, my goal is to get my clients to a point where they no longer need day to day supervision for training. Instead, I can write their workouts remotely and save them the cost of having one on one sessions they no longer need.
