I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a lifelong passion for athletics. From a young age, I was involved in sports, with football and bodybuilding being central to my athletic journey. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning from various coaches, gaining valuable insights that have shaped my training philosophy.
Back in my home country of Brazil, I began my career as a personal trainer at a local gym where i had a top-rated local personal trainer who was my mentor.
I worked with individuals of all ages. This experience gave me a well-rounded perspective on fitness, helping me develop personalized programs for each client.

With 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer at Smart Fit Gym, I customized training plans for clients of all levels, all ages, helping them achieve goals like weight loss, strength, and improving overall health. I created a supportive environment to motivate and guide clients, adapting to their progress and needs.
After moving to the US, I worked at 19 Fitness before starting my own training company, at 19 fitness gym I helped clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored workouts and provided nutritional tips to support their progress. I focused on motivating and guiding clients to stay committed to their health and fitness journey.
