About

Together we'll figure out what gets in the way of you finding success. I'll teach you how to integrate the behaviors and tools to live your dreams.

I love working with people in transition—whether it’s supporting you in a career change, helping you navigating a relationship shift, or working with you to embrace another change.

I spent 20 years in non-profit leadership development and fundraising. I loved my work. It fueled me and gave me purpose. I was making a positive impact. From all outside accounts, I had everything a mid-thirties professional could want, on paper.

But I was burnt out. I had chronic insomnia. My body was stressed. My central nervous system was overloaded. I didn't know to listen to my body. I thought I needed an external change. I switched careers--from nonprofits to higher education, thinking a career shift would make me happy. It didn't.

I needed an internal change.

I help hyper-successful—but spread-to-thin—executives and entrepreneurs find happy and healthy life balance, so they can truly enjoy their success. In working with clients, I lean on my Master in applied behavioral sciences for individual development, group and system theories. I also use meditation, breath work and movement as tools to reconnect with yourself, and to listen to your own deep knowing and intuition.

As a coach, I embrace a leadership model that

✔️balances being and doing by understanding the importance of rest, rejuvenation, and integration in support of action and outputs.

✔️values listening to connect and understand, not only to respond.

✔️views radical self-acceptance and compassion are more than self-care.

✔️fosters collaboration and practices mindfulness.

It's a collaborative process. I lean on my training in behavioral and movement sciences; my skills as a deeply intuitive listener and teacher; and my mindfulness practice, to support you as you lean into your own sage knowing of yourself. From that knowing you create lasting change.
