Welcome! I am a Private Corporate Yoga teacher who specializes in bringing wellness to companies and private groups. I offer ways of helping those who are new yoga, develop an safe approach to the practice. Tailored sessions with patience and positive coaching along the way. Experienced yoga students can enjoy taking their practice to a deeper level with targeted areas of focus.
I am a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance, and a Meditation certificate. Teaching adults that can range from private sessions, groups, teams, online, residential and corporate yoga.
Customizable workshops for special events and corporate settings are are available with or without sound healing.
