I teach individuals of all ages on fitness, nutrition, and mind body awareness. My experience has been with ages 2-and up. My approach is to get to know your fitness goals and help you work hard on achieving them. My certifications are in interval training, weight lifting, yoga and kids yoga. I can help you with meal planning and encourage you how to live a more healthy lifestyle. Excited to get started on a new you!
