Hello, my name is Tiara I have been practicing yoga for a total of 8 years and teaching for about 3 years. I got yoga certified in 2019 and started teaching in 2020 during the pandemic. I teach online and currently I am teaching in person classes again. I currently teach in studio and cannot travel to any locations! I currently teach at Shanti OM Yoga located in St. Johns! My currently schedule is 9am on Thursdays! I still offer private yoga sessions online and in person! please reach out to me on here or reach out to me on my website to inquire! I focus on Hatha, Vinyasa, and Gentle Flow. I have specials themes coming up that I will be adding to my classes such as crystal sound healing, chakra focus, and much much more!
