I have been on a personal healing path for many years and my favorite thing in the world is providing space for others who are ready to embark on their own journey of expansion. I would be honored if you considered working with me - I can be your yoga teacher, ritualist, coach, or plant medicine facilitator. I also am a somatic integration practitioner. I love helping others tap into their own innate wisdom for healing, growth, transformation and results!
I have been teaching yoga since 2006 years, and leading 200 hour yoga teacher trainings since 2016. I am excited at the prospect of helping you with whatever your needs are.
I will create a safe container for simple modalities like dialogue within the coaching process, tailored yoga sequences that will best benefit your needs or in person somatic integration sessions. I also love creating sacred space through ceremonious modalities like breath work and plant medicine. All of my offerings are crafted to help clients/participants to open up in profound and transformative ways.
