I tailor individualized programs to each of my clients desired goals and expectations. I am also a reiki healer and my intuition and ability to connect with my students quickly is a beautiful gift to share. I believe in the power of community and humanity as we all support each other on our journeys in life. Please take a few moments to read my reviews.

I offer reiki healing, virtually and in person as well as private or semi private/group virtual or in person yoga. I have worked with all levels. My favorite client story is of a 75 year old man who could barely sit on the floor as his hip flexors were so painfully tight. We now end class after only a month of working together in a seated position =)

Private Yoga classes start at $150 an hour

Reiki sessions start at $100 for an hour in person, $40 for 30 minutes virtual
