I firmly believe that a yoga practice is most beneficial when personalized. I help my clients find balance and strength, peace and stability. We will work together to heal your body and clear your mind. With years of experience and over 1500 hours of training, I can craft a bespoke therapeutic practice to fit your specific needs.
