I am a certified 500 YTT yoga instructor, ayurvedic masseuse, and yoga therapy life coach. I teach because I am in love with the art and the science of life we call yoga today. Arriving at where I am today was a challenging, vital, and passionate process, with the aid of Eastern influence, Indian Gurus, and a disciplined and ongoing dedication to my highest self. I act as a guide to help you navigate through some of your most suppressed inner emotions and fears, break the power they hold over you, and bring back your spiritual freedom –to create inner and outer harmony in your world.
I am teaching locally, and online, and working with 1:1 with clients. If you are looking to find your higher purpose or dealing with a mental/physical limitation, my teachings will remove this heavy energy that you have carried for too long, and guide you to carve your own definition of beauty, happiness, and success. Using body movement practices and intense soul work we tap into the ancient and intuitive wisdom that you have felt all along.
