About

I am NYS licensed hairstylist who decided to turn my passion to yoga into business, and became a certified yoga teacher. I got my training in Bali, and successfully have been teaching yoga for over a year now at the local studio and on my own in a group and private classes. Flexibility, strength and balance is not something we are born with, but certainly something we can develop. Would be happy to teach in private for beginners and those who want to deepen their practice. Yoga brought healing into my life and I am happy to share my knowledge with you. Offering gentle, vinyasa, power yoga, yin, sound bath and tea ceremonies.
