Hello!
My name is Alina and I have been teaching yoga for 5 years. I started teaching in studios, then doing 1x1s, private group classes, workshops, events, etc. For the past two years, I have been traveling hosting retreats, and teaching private group classes. I now teach in studio, at private retreats in the Carillon Hotel in Miami Beach, and private group classes at county and beach clubs.
I specialize in teaching vinyasa, yin, alignment-based, restorative, and hatha! But overall, I tend to cater my classes to the people in front of me. So I can make it stronger, more gentle, add more hands on assistance, or really whatever the group I am with needs at that specific time. I love to create a class based on what my students need, because every BODY is different! I love to have fun on the mat, and let that translate to my students, with up beat music, and playful energy!
