Houge Estates Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) last accepted waiting list applications at Houge Estates Apartments from an unknown open date, until February 21, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Houge Estates is located at 510 Center Ave East Dilworth, MN 56529 (1 Bedroom)

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the online paper application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
