Loma Linda Veterans Village, 2 and 3-Bedroom Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACS) is accepting Affordable Housing waiting list applications for 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at Loma Linda Veterans Village from the earliest confirmed open date of July 25, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: According to the HACS website, "Loma Linda Veterans Village: Affordable housing community specific for veterans."

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $52,200 | 5 Persons $80,550
• 2 Persons $59,650 | 6 Persons $86,500
• 3 Persons $67,100 | 7 Person $92,450
• 4 Persons $74,550 | 8 Persons $98,450

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
