Colonial Village, 2-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Norwalk Housing Authority (NHA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications from October 16, 2023, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Pick up an application at the NHA office, located at 24½ Monroe Street, Norwalk, CT 06854.

Once the paper application has been completed, it was to be:

1. Hand deliver to the NHA office, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
