The Housing Authority of The City of Norwalk (HACN) last accepted waiting list applications for 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at 16 School Street Apartments from December 1, 2023, until December 20, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
