Brady Towers, Ciampa Manor, Highland Garden, Properzi Manor and Weston Manor, Federal Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Somerville Housing Authority (SHA) is accepting Federal Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for Brady Towers, Ciampa Manor, Highland Garden, Properzi Manor and Weston Manor Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of July 5, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties: 

• Brady Towers - located at 252 Medford St, Somerville, MA 02143.
• Ciampa Manor- located at 27 College Ave, Somerville, MA 02144.
• Highland Garden- located at 109 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA 02143
• Properzi Manor - located at 13-25 Warren Avenue, Somerville, MA 02143
• Weston Manor - located at 15 Weston Avenue, Somerville, MA 02144.

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Displaced by Fire, or Natural Forces
• Displaced by Public Action
• Displaced due to: Code Enforcement, No-Fault Eviction, Domestic Violence, Medical Emergency
• Reside in Somerville, work in Somerville or have been hired to work in Somerville.
• Veterans

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Turned into the SHA office, located at 30 Memorial Road, Somerville, MA 02145.
