Federal Elderly Public Housing Waiting List

The Chelsea Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting Federal Elderly Public Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of July 9, 2024, until further notice. 

Income Qualification

Income limits can be found on the CHA Income Limit page.

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

• Live or work, or have been hired to work in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
• Veteran
• Victims of domestic violence

Selection Process

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
