Multiple Properties, Family Low Income Public Housing Waiting List

The Fresno Housing Authority (FHA) last accepted Family Low Income Public Housing waiting list applications for Multiple Properties from the earliest confirmed open date of April 23, 2024, until May 7, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Cardella Courts -  Firebaugh, CA
• Cazares Terrace - Huron, CA
• Granada Commons -  Kerman, CA
• Helsem Terrace - Kerman, CA
• Mendoza Terrace -  Firebaugh, CA
• Parkside Apartments - Huron, CA
• Rios Terrace -Mendota, CA
• San Joaquin Apartments - San Joaquin, CA
• Taylor Terrace Apartments -  San Joaquin, CA

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
