Multiple Properties, Family Low Income Public Housing Waiting List

The Fresno Housing Authority (FHA) last accepted Family Low Income Public Housing waiting list applications for Multiple Properties from May 8, 2024, until May 22, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Blossom Trail Commons 
• Citrus Commons 
• Cueva de Oso @ William Shockley Plaza 
• Del Rey Apartments
• Kuffel Terrace
• Laton Apartments
• Magnolia Commons @ James Magill Plaza 
• Mountain View Apartments 
• Oak Grove Commons 
• Paseo 55 
• Sunset Terrace

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
