About

my yoga practice is designed to help people slow down and live in the moment. If you need to relax or just want to refocus, then I am the instructor for you. My practice has taken me all over the world. From teaching yoga in California to Dubai, to retreats in Bali and other countries. I am available in person or via skype sessions and invite you to give me a chance to help you.

I love watching people reach their personal health goals. The reward for me is someone saying that life is just a bit sweeter and they can sleep better or enjoy the things they hadn't before, they are more flexible or feel that the practice has helped them develop stronger relationships in their personal life.
